We've all read or seen or heard about Batman and his amazing skills. And we've seen him hold his own in countless movies, sometimes against villains with actual superpowers. But what martial arts does Batman know? In the original comic books, Batman was trained in Judo, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and Aikido. Over the years, comic book, TV, and movie portrayals have expanded that to include ninjutsu, Muay Thai, and Wing Chun Kung Fu. Is it just a mix of karate, jiu-jitsu, and other combat styles or is there something more to it?
